At all of our Evolution operations, maintaining the Safety and Health of all camp employees, guests and clients is our utmost priority.  Our sincerity to this commitment is illustrated in our safety training programs and the pledge to uphold our to safety performance at every level of our camp service.  We commit to provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment while conforming to legislative (municipal, provincial and federal) requirements.  Furthermore, Evolution provides the necessary resources to ensure that the health and safety of our systems remains an integral part of our operating practices.  

 

Intensive training is provided to all of our employees upon procurement of our teams, ranging from management to our crews in each department.  Management is responsible to uphold and maintain our high standards of quality at all of our operations. Our managing partners at Evolution are also at ground level ensuring our management teams and our supervisors of each and every department provide a safe work environment in all of our remote camp operations and provide feedback to improve existing policies and protocols.
